Where we deliver

We deliver across Malaysia and Singapore. Delivery is free, and the price you see is the price you pay.

Who delivers

We are the factory, so your order ships direct from us rather than through a distributor or a showroom.

Tell us about access before we dispatch

When you order, tell us the floor you are on, whether there is a working lift, and the narrowest doorway, corridor or stair turn the item has to pass. A mattress or sofa that cannot make the turn is the most common delivery problem and the easiest one to avoid. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will work it out with you before anything leaves the factory.

In stock and made to order

Items shown as in stock ship from existing inventory. Items marked made to order are built after you order, so they take longer to arrive. If your order mixes both, we will tell you whether it ships together or in parts.

Sofas in a colour other than Creamy or Shadow are a custom fabric run. We confirm the exact colour with you before production starts.

On the day

We contact you to arrange a delivery window. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to receive the goods and check them.

Check it before you sign

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell the delivery team and contact us the same day so we can put it right.
