These terms apply to mattresshub.co, operated by MattressHub. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order, and we will tell you why and refund you in full if we do.

Prices

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit and include delivery in Malaysia and Singapore. Singapore visitors see a converted price. Prices can change, but never after we have confirmed your order.

We sell at the same price a dealer pays, because we are the factory. We do not publish a struck-through recommended retail price, and we do not claim a specific saving against any other seller.

Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its size, materials and construction. Photographs are representative; screens vary, and fabric and timber vary a little between batches.

Sizes are given as single, super single, queen and king. Check the measurements on the product page against your room and your bed base before ordering.

Delivery

See Shipping and Delivery. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.

Returns

See Returns and Exchange. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Warranty

Warranty terms differ by product and are stated on the product page. A warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear or misuse.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
